Restaurant "Los Delfines" is a family dream.
For a long time and with great tenacity, Matías Grez (shellfish diver) and his wife, Elena Sagredo (kitchen master), were building this place, wich meant a great effort for everybody.
This dream took Matías Grez to USA, where he worked with endeavor to collect enough money to achieve this goal.
Restaurant "Los Delfines", today, it's a dream come true, a dream of love, effort and constancy, a dream that we want to share with you.
Fishes, shellfishes, meats, chickens, with a great variety of sauces, appetizers and good wines, is what you can find in our restaurant.
